In case you need them to get things going I also rolled a few d20s and got 18, 17, 14.

I'm glad Bujilli's entering the Academy. Before he does much else though he needs to rest, heal, let his system re-align after this experience. It would also be nice if he took some time to really talk with Counsel about what he's Entirely Too Perkyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01358476284847913177noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1488294190723126143.post-10376185628207316172012-05-23T22:31:42.251-05:002012-05-23T22:31:42.251-05:00School daze it is. Yep; as per the (Optional rule) for Ability checks on page 55 of the LL core rulebook, you roll a D20 and if the result is greater than the character's ability score, they fail. Bujilli has a CHAR of 11, so you rolled under in both instances, so he succeeds. That'll come in handy.

We could use a few D4 rolls to determine how many spells are in each of the <a garrisonjameshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09544523186717576771noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1488294190723126143.post-85215966925062059212012-05-17T15:43:51.073-05:002012-05-17T15:43:51.073-05:00If I am doing this right, the CHAR reactions are: ...If I am doing this right, the CHAR reactions are: 7, 3, and 1 with the ruby d20 with the teal numbers.Tallgeesehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16045006122540505779noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1488294190723126143.post-22855461626279969902012-05-17T15:41:24.600-05:002012-05-17T15:41:24.600-05:00I am glad that Trey knows what he's doing and ...I am glad that Trey knows what he's doing and that I switched my vote to back his move. I agree that Bujilli should enroll at the Academy. Scholars seem to have enormous sway in this fortified town (which is certainly not the case everwhere in the multiverse), and I suspect he will learn the most about what is going on by sticking close by them.Tallgeesehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16045006122540505779noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1488294190723126143.post-28515263787788968642012-05-17T15:15:42.023-05:002012-05-17T15:15:42.023-05:00Thanks Trey. It was close--some of the D20 rolls were just at the very threshold of things going far worse. As it is, Lemuel, the boy-blob-thing, might or might not ever quite recover...and if he does, he'll never be the same again by any measure.
